Zhenjiang Leader Composite Co., Ltd., founded in 2008, integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of high-performance resins. We operate a provincially recognized R&D center and two production bases (Zhenjiang Leader and Huai'an Licheng) with a total annual capacity of 260,000 tons.

Advanced Production Facilities
Commissioned in 2023, the Huai'an Licheng plant is among the few facilities in the industry designed to the latest safety and environmental standards, with best-in-class automation and energy efficiency. The site covers 150 mu, operating 26 production lines for resins and downstream products, equipped with 111 units of process equipment and over 6,000 automation control nodes.
R&D
Our R&D organization comprises a team of forty R&D and technical support professionals delivering applied polymer science, process engineering, and product development.
We focus on thermoset resin systems including unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester (VE), modified epoxy and polyurethane, adhesives and gelcoats. Capabilities include formulation design, accelerated aging and chemical resistance testing, rheology tuning for VIP, RTM, pultrusion, and SMC/BMC, and robust scale-up from lab pilot to plant production.
International customers benefit from responsive technical documentation, English-language application guides and data sheets, on-site process support, and compliance assistance (RoHS, REACH). Our quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001) and controlled manufacturing underpin consistent performance across geographies.
Quality Control
We maintain a comprehensive quality control system. Before production, cross-functional teams confirm processes and formulations; all incoming materials are fully inspected and traceable. During production, Emerson DCS automation controls process parameters with dynamic monitoring and statistical analysis, complemented by in-process tests and laboratory supervision. We also run an efficient customer feedback mechanism and robust change management to improve satisfaction.
The QC laboratory is equipped with comprehensive instruments covering the full testing workflow from incoming materials to finished products. UV-Vis spectrophotometer and gas chromatograph secure raw material quality; cone-and-plate viscometer and DSC measure product performance; multiple high-precision balances ensure accurate metering and sufficient capacity for timely and parallel testing.
